A Further Competition will be issued under the ESPO Framework Agreement 860_22 - Refuse and Recycling Products (Including Wheeled Bins) - Lot 10 - Supply of Plastic Sacks Delivery will be staggered through the year with the majority of the clear recycling sacks to be delivered within two weeks starting on 22nd April 2025.
