Multi Disciplinary Services covering disciplines of Employer agent, quantity surveyor, Architectures Services, Mechanical and electrical (M&E), Structural & Civil engineering, Building & Stock Condition surveyor, Party wall surveyor, Principal Designer and Lift surveys, audit & Inspections. The contract period is for 24months from 15th March 2024 to 14th March 2026 with 2 further extension(s) possible of 12 months duration, Therefore a maximum contract period of 48 months up to 14th March 2028 based on satisfactory performance and benchmarking. This Contract is awarded via mini competition from Lot 8A Multi-disciplinary Consultancy services of EN: Procure Consultancy services (Yorkshire and Humber) dated 03rd August 2020(OJEU reference 406077-2020)
