For plane and replace existing pavement 40mm depth - Surface course to be replaced with 40mm SHW clause #942 0/10 TSC "W" surface course PSV 65. - Surface course to be replaced with 40mm SHW clause #942 0/10 TSC "W" surface course PSV 65. - Binder course to be replaced with 60mm SHW clause 929 AC20 HDM BIN 40/60 Des "W" Binder. This works will be requiring the co-ordination of other ongoing schemes in the area and route corridor.
