The Committee considered the forthcoming second phase of the Youth Investment Fund and agreed in principle that the Council should form a partnership with Brighton Youth Centre and commissioned neighbourhood youth providers. The partnership will consult young people and providers and prepare a bid focused on refurbishing or extending Brighton Youth Centre as a central youth hub while strengthening neighbourhood youth provision.
