Everything below was read out of a PDF by a model It is useful and it is not authoritative. The document it came from is linked in the rail, and where the two disagree the document is right.

The report sought agreement to the Council’s response to the supplementary consultation on the amended Basic Conditions Statement for the Hove Station Neighbourhood Plan. It also sought approval to submit the amended statement and consultation representations to the examiner so that the suspended examination could resume.

Recommendation
Agree the officer comments in Appendix 1 as the Council’s response to the supplementary Regulation 16 consultation, and agree that the amended Basic Conditions Statement and all representations received should be submitted to the Neighbourhood Plan examiner with a request to resume the examination.
Financial impact
The additional cost to the Council of undertaking the supplementary Regulation 16 consultation has been negligible. The Council must fund the neighbourhood plan examination and local referendum, with a specific neighbourhood planning budget and potential central Government funding.
