What

All documents are available on the ProContract / Proactis / Due North e-tendering portal.\r Luton Adult Learning uses ESFA grant funding currently Community Learning (from 24/25 "Tailored Learning") to commission/subcontract a small amount of delivery to local grass roots organisations. \r \r As additional funding streams are released; for example by Government e.g. Multiply, UKSPF and others we would like to have an Approved Provider List for Trusted Partners in place so that we can streamline subcontracting to local Providers. Funding streams are often confirmed by funding body late, leaving little time for a full procurement process. Using an APL will mean that learning can start sooner and targets are more likely to be met. Meeting targets can result in more funding in the future.\r 1.1. Description of each Lot \r (a) Lot 1 Engaging and/or building confidence\r (b) Lot 2 Preparation for further learning\r (c) Lot 3 Preparation for employment\r (d) Lot 4 Improving essential skills - English\r (e) Lot 5 Improving essential skills - English for Speakers of Other Language\r (f) Lot 6 Improving essential skills maths & numeracy\r (g) Lot 7 Improving essential skills - digital provision\r (h) Lot 8 Equipping parents/carers to support children's learning\r (i) Lot 9 Health and well-being\r (j) Lot 10 Developing stronger communities\r (k) Lot 11 Learning provision for ex-offenders\r (l) Lot 12 Learning provision for care leavers\r (m) Lot Z (miscellaneous) Miscellaneous Contracts within the scope of the Approved Provider List as described in paragraph 1.2 which are not wholly within the scope of any other Lot of the Approved Provider List at the time.\r \r \r

Figures are as published An award value in OCDS may be a framework ceiling rather than a sum anyone expects to spend, so a large figure here is not evidence of a large purchase.
