Rochdale Council are looking to develop a Framework Agreement for Delivery of Highway Related\r capital and revenue works to provide a streamlined process whereby all contractual approvals are in place over a variety if work streams/lots.\r \r For Rochdale Council the expectation is that a 4 year contract will be formed. The top 5 scoring applicants for each works LOT will become party to the framework in line with the conditions in the Framework Agreement. The council will enter into contract with a maximum of 5 bidders in each LOT, this number may be less depending on number of successful bids received \r \r
